Our Story
All That Housing's founder, Toni Andell, has a personal and professional mission to help others by positively impacting their lives with passion and integrity. She began her journey in the temporary furnished accommodation and property management industry at Oakwood Worldwide over 30 years ago, where she held various positions and was a member of the initial start-up team for the company's expansion into the Asia and UK markets. After that, she was in charge of creating and leading the insurance housing division, which assisted displaced families in finding homes in their neighborhoods and furnishing them ready for move-in.
Over the course of her career, Toni has worked for other reputable insurance and corporate housing companies, getting to know each client personally to better understand their needs for temporary housing. She frequently heard from individuals who expressed the wish that they had more furnished single-family homes for their project teams and relocating families. It was only natural for her to launch All That Housing to include single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments after she realized the need for consistent products, adaptable lease terms, and a company that would handle interactions with landlords and property management firms.
She has made a name for herself in the temporary housing sector by offering a high level of customer service, being passionate about and committed to finding the best solution for her clients, and never being afraid to try something new.
Additionally, Toni collaborates with her husband, a real estate lawyer who specializes in landlord-tenant law, to make sure every property we secure complies with real estate regulations. His knowledge and experience, which span more than 25 years, add another level of depth, elevating us to the top of our field.
